Fleet managers, driver trainers and community campaigners can attend a low cost one-day course by Brake that trains you to deliver Brake's Pledge campaign to drivers in your workplace or town.
The course trains you to lead discussion-based workshops with drivers on the most important safety topics including speed, drink and drug driving, and fatigue. Course delegates get password access to online Pledge interactive learning tools and a comprehensive guide to delivering the Pledge campaign, available through this website.
Courses are FREE to named Fleet Safety Forum subscribers, and families who have been bereaved in a road crash.
For non-subscribers courses cost just £75 (+VAT) and include a year’s FREE subscription to Brake’s Fleet Safety Forum (retails at up to £155 (+VAT)).
To register click here, or call Brake on 01484 559909 or email admin@brake.org.uk.
If you can’t see a date in your area, please contact Brake to register your interest and we will let you know when a course is set up near you. We can also arrange in-house courses for companies - call to find out details.
Tracey Scarr from Arval says:
“The fleet driver training has created a lasting impression in the minds and behaviours of every one of the 700 Arval staff that have attended in the last couple of years. I absolutely love delivering all the life-saving messages, because I know that they really can save lives, time and time again.”
